Matt started collecting cassettes at a young age. He would tape record Casey Casem’s Top 40 radio show and play the tapes back constantly while playing with his Lego and Matchbox toys in his room. After awhile, he saved up enough allowance money to buy a DUAL CASSETTE DECK and started making mixtapes like crazy.

When CDs started to become popular, Matt spent a lot of time in the bargain bins of used CD stores and built up an enormous collection that was a pain in the ass to move from apartment to apartment.

These days, he gets most of his music from iTunes or through his subscriptions to Pandora, Last.fm, and Rdio, pretty awesome online music services.
